Migrated Yuku Board – Now Up But…

… no apparent way for an Admin to change the status of a member to a Moderator or Admin. or indeed to demote someone.
The Yuku Help wiki is of no use whatsoever, needless to say.
And yes, the board was indeed down all day again.
